A new type of high-efficiency evaporation dryer (patented product of our company) combines the advantages of concentration evaporator and vacuum dryer (vacuum, film), and can complete the phase transition process from liquid to solid in one machine, achieving borderless concentration. Suitable for concentration of liquids containing a large amount of organic matter, gelatinous substances, and soluble substances (production wastewater), as well as drying after concentration.
This machine integrates vacuum and thin film evaporation technology, which is efficient and energy-saving.
The heat exchange area is large, and the thin film is easy to evaporate.
Continuous mixing has a self-cleaning effect and is not easy to stick to the wall.

The film thickness is less than 1mm, with no dead corners, no pressure drop, and no resistance.

Application scope
The through axis double door vacuum concentration evaporation rotary film dryer has a wide range of applicability, especially suitable for processing materials with high thermal sensitivity requirements, high viscosity, high boiling point, and high solid content. Especially suitable for the following materials:
Deep concentration of distillation residue containing complex organic compounds, unknown gelatinous substances, and unsuitable for membrane or forced circulation evaporators.
Deep concentration (viscous or powdery) of mother liquor containing a large amount of organic matter and unknown gelatinous substances that cannot be treated by membrane or forced circulation evaporators after centrifugal separation.
Materials that need to be concentrated directly from the initial concentration to over 90%.
